| Visa application for China | |
Author who need to apply for a visa and therefore need an invitation letter request it by e-mail to Prof. Chen BS or Dr. Duan QL with the e-mail address: cmtp_info@dlut.edu.cn and provide the following information: (1) Family name and Given Name; (2) Sex: Male or Female; (3) Date of Birth; (4) Nationality; (5) Passport number; (6) Professional specialty; (7) Occupation; (8) Title/Position; (9) Organization and Department, Postal address and Postcode; (10) Address for correspondence and Postcode; (11) Short CV (a few lines only to describe your personal history of study and work); (12) The Country where entry visa to P.R.China is to be applied for; (13) The date and City when and where to enter P.R.China; (14) Calendar and Visiting plan in P.R.China; (15) An electronic file for the copy of Passport attached with e-mail. We will send an invitation letter to individual visa applicant by e-mail from the e-mail address of cmtp_info@dlut.edu.cn. By request of the visa applicant, we may also send the printed invitation letter to the applicant from Dalian by air-mail with the postal address provided by the applicant. |
